DEED OF EXCHANGE (Lease and Release] of a parcel of land lot 11, being part of the Commons and waste land called Rhosygwysil, pa.[rish] Denio [Deneio], bounded on the north by the road from Pwllheli to Llannor, on the South West by part of Gwynfryn, and on the west by the Road to Gwynfryn gate, measuring 2 acres 2r. and 9p.; a quillet or parcel of land described in the ?Award of the Commissioners by virtue of an Act of Parliament for Enclosure in pa.[rish] Nevin [Nefyn] and other parishes, numbered 14 on the map or plan marked G, containing in statute measure 9p.; and a parcel of land in Bwlchderwin, pa.[rish] Clynnog, described as No. 8 on the same map or plan marked G, containing 2r. 20p. bounded on the north by an allotment numbered 29, on the south by an allotment numbered 26, on the east by an ancient inclosure belonging to Lord Newborough, and on the west by the Road from Clynnog to Penmorfa, in exchange for parcels of land in the town of Pwllheli with appurtenances.
