1. Robert Williams of Ty Coch, co. Caerns., gent, and Richard Ellis, Pwllheli, gent., Commissioners named and appointed in pursuance of an Act of Parliament passed in 1812, entitled an Act for enclosing lands in the parishes of Nevin [Nefyn] and other parishes. 2. Hugh Rowlands of Tymawr, co. Caerns. LEASE AND RELEASE of lot 12, being part of Gyrn Goch common in the parish of Clynnog, and is bounded partly on the North by an encroachment made by Griffith Jones and partly by the Turnpike road at Pontyrafonhên, on the East by the properties of Dr. Hughes and Lord Newborough called Tyddynhen and Cwmgwaraidd and on the west by the common and an encroachment made by Owen Morris, and contains by admeasurement 23 acres and 2 roods; and lot 13, being part of the common called Gyrn Goch, pa.[rish] Clynnog, situated under Clogwyn Crun, adjoining Penrallt, the property of Lord Newborough and measuring 11 acres and 23 perches; and lot 14, being part of Gyrn Goch common, and is bounded on the North and West by Havodywern and Penrallt, on the East by an encroachment, and on the south by the common and measures 15 acres, 1 rood and 32 perches.
