1. Robert Jones of Tymawr, pa.[rish] Aberach [Abererch], yeoman. 2. William Williams of Tyhir, pa.[rish] Llanarmon, gent.. B0ND in £40 for repayment of £20 with interest. Annexed: AGREEMEMT (23 June 1774) that Mary Jones, tenant of Robert Jones aforesaid for the farm of Tymawr, shall attorn and become tenant to William Williams aforesaid, and pay him a rent of £4 p.a., the interest on £100 owed to the said William Williams by the said Robert Jones.
