BOND (27 April 1747) in £50 for performance of covenants in the above indenture of lease. 1. John Roberts aforesaid. 2. Thomas Williams aforesaid. BOND (27 April 1747) in £14 for repayment of £7 with interest. WARRANT TO C0NFESS JUDGEMENT (27 April 1747) given by the said John Roberts to any attorney of any court of record. NOTE OF HAND (27 April 1747) of debts owed to the said Thomas Williams by the said John Roberts. Annexed: BILL (1743) for £6.15.9d. costs owed to Robert Hughes by Thomas Williams, with receipt (5 July 1745) signed by John Williams. RECEIPTS: (3 March 1756) for £4 interest on a mortgage paid by Morris Lewis to ? (29 March 1757) for 16s., the remainder of Tymawr rent, paid by William Williams to Lowry Lewis (27 March 1759) for 16s., being money owed to him by Lowry Lewis, paid by William Williams to Robert Williams out of Tymawr rent. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT (17 May 1780) of £6 owed by Robert Jones of Pwllhely [Pwllheli], pa.[rish] Denio [Deneio], to William Williams of Tyhir, pa.[rish] Llanarmon.
