SURRENDER (1 July 1852) of above Lease with REDEMISE for 59 years of messuage or dwellinghouse, garden and lands on the E. side of Traeth St., Pwllheli, in occupation of Owen Lewis, mariner, bounded on the N. by a dwellinghouse and premises, the property of the said Lord Newborough and by a well called Ffynnon Traeth, on the E. by land of Lord Newborough, on the S. by a dwellinghouse and premises in occupation of Thomas Roberts, joiner, and a back kitchen occupied by the said Owen Lewis, and other lands of Lord Newborough, and on the W., by Traeth St., as on the appended plan.
