OPINION of J. Stanley, Lincolns Inn, stating that he did not see any reason for Lord Newborough to divest himself of the possession of any part of his estates which were not charged with the annuities under the will of the late Sir John Wynn. If he submitted to sureties a receiver would be appointed on the same emoluments as given to the late Rev. W. Price. He did not advise the execution of the deed. He hoped that the mortgagee would not act rashly. [N.L.W. Glynllivon 4076]
