CASE and OPINION of Sir Fletcher Norton prepared by Garnons, solicitor, for Sir John Wynn, re the position of the Corporation of Conwy without the appointment of a constable of the castle who was also mayor of the borough. The opinion was that the principal object of Sir John Wynn was to have a constable and mayor of his own in order to gain control of the borough or to annihilate the corporation which was in the hands of an enemy.
