DRAFT AFFIDAVIT, in the causes as in no. XD2/5307 of William Jones of Nant, pa.[rish] Llanfaes, land surveyor, aged 63 and above, that on 9 March 1812 he had surveyed and valued the farms and lands called Llanfaglan, Dreinias, Llwyn Yn and Tyddyn Hên, pa.[rish] Llanfaglan, the property of Sir John Owen, baronet, as set out in an attached schedule and that these lands were contiguous to and desirable to be held with a certain farm called Cefn y soedd, part of the Bodvean estate.
