AFFIDAVIT, copy, in the causes as in no. XD2/5307, of William Jones of Nant, pa.[rish] Llanfaes, Anglesey, land surveyor and land valuer that on 23 March 1812 he had surveyed a certain farm and hereditaments called Llanfaglan, Dreinias, Llwy yn and Tyddynhen, pa.[rish] Llanfaglan, late the property of Sir Hugh Owen, baronet, and that it was 368 acres and worth £500 p.a. rent and worth the selling price of £14,000 and that it adjoined a farm of Thomas John Lord Newborough called Cefn Ysoedd, pa.[rish] Llanfaglan part of the Bodvean estate.
