PETITION, of Thomas John Lord Newborough and his testamentary guardians John Marquis of Bute, Sir Francis Burdett, Spencer Perceval, Coutts Trotter, Edward Marjoribanks and Thomas Atkinson, for the payment of the said maintenance and education allowance to the guardians for Thomas John Lord Newborough as was allowed to Maria Stella Petronilla, his Lordship’s mother, in the causes between John Glynn Wynn and others, plaintiffs, and the Rt.
