N0TICE, in the causes as in no. XD2/5307, that the Court of Chancery would meet 30 May 1809 to direct and allow Elizabeth Wynn, widow and executrix of Glynn Wynn, Esq., to pass the accounts of the said Glynn Wynn as to the rents and profits of the estates in the cause. Elizabeth Wynn is to be allowed all payments made in pursuance of orders of the court and costs. Copy. Endorsed: BRIEF, (29 May 1809) to appear on behalf of Lord Newbororngh and his guardians on the motion in the Notice which they felt was unnecessary but that if the court would entertain the motion to submit to the order as prayed.
