NOTICE, of John Pownall, solicitor for the defendant Thomas Evans to Mr. Smith and Mr. Shaddick, clerks in court for the plaintiffs and defendants, to appear at the Court of Chancery (15 April 1809) to consider the appointment of a receiver of the estates of the late John Wynn, baronet, in the place of Samuel Price to receive the rents, issues and profits, pay the interest on a mortgage and the several annuities and pay £1300 p.a. for the maintenance of Thomas John Lord Newborough pursuant to an order (16 August 1808), in the two causes as no. XD2/5307. Copy. Endorsed: BRIEF (14 April 1809), to appear on the motion in the Notice for the defendant Lord Newborough and his guardians to pray that the sums paid by the late Lord Newborough’s executors, [details given], could be repaid by the receiver and that the costs of the parties on passing the receiver’s accounts be paid by the receiver.
