AFFIDAVIT of Glynn Wynn of Lincoln’s Inn, co. Middx., Esq., in the case in Chancery as in no. XD2/5307, to the effect that the late Thomas Lord Newborough had no right to appoint a receiver of the estates in question in the cause, nor had he any intention to appoint Hugh Rowlands of Llandwrog, to that position; and further showing ways in which he is fitted for the post, having vacated his seat in Parliament, and is on friendly terms with the present Lord Newborough.
