DRAFT SHORT BRIEF for the defendants Thomas Evans D.D., Paul Panton, John Werninck, D.D., and Lena his wife, late Hon. Lena Wynn, in the causes between the Rt. Hon. Maria Stella Patronilla Baroness Newborough (widow of the late Lord Newborough entitled to a jointure under Settlement and an annuity under will) and the Hon. Spencer Bulkeley Wynn, an infant, by Thomas Edward Wynn Belasyse, Esq., his cousin and next friend, plaintiffs, and the Rt. Hon. John Stuart Marquis of Bute and the Rt. Hon. Spencer Perceval, (decd) trustees in fee named in the Settlement of November 1799 and testamentary guardians of the infant defendant Lord Newborough, the Rt. Hon. the Earl of Uxbridge (decd.), the Rt. Hon. Thomas James Viscount Bulkeley and Thomas Evans, D.D., (trustees of a term in the said Settlement of 1799), Paul Panton and Robert Evans, (trustees of another term in the said settlement), Coutts Trotter, Edward Marjoribanks and Thomas Atkinson, (trustees and executors with the said Spencer Perceval, decd., of the will of Lord Newborough, decd., testamentary guardians of the infant plaintiff and infant defendant Lord Newborough), Thomas John Lord Newborough, an infant (tenant in tail of part and tenant for life of other part of the estates in question), Frederick Perceval, Henry Perceval, and Dudley Montague Perceval, (tenants for life) in remainder of part of the said estates), Dorothy Wynn, (an annuitant in remainder), the Hon. Lena otherwise Magdalena Wynn, widow, (entitled to a jointure under the Settlement and annuity under the said will), Sir Francis Burdett, baronet, (testamentary guardian) and John Mander, Esq., (decd.), (testamentary guardian as aforesaid and also a trustee of a term of 200 years), and Sir Hugh Owen, baronet, (the vendor of an estate to the late Lord Newborough), defendants, and between Baron Edward Ungern Sternberg and the said Baroness Newborough, his wife, and the said Spencer Bulkeley Wynn by his said guardian, plaintiffs, and the above named together with the Reverend John Werninck D.D., and the Hon.
