DRAFT AFFIDAVIT, in the cause of Wynn v. Lord Neuborough of John Rees, clerk to Messrs. Farrer, Atkinson and Johnson of Lincolns Inn Fields, co. Middx., solicitors for the defendants Spencer Perceval, Coutts Trotter, Edward Marjoribanks and Thomas Atkinson, that on 28 July he served Mr. Shaddick, Mr. Bicknell and Mr. Smith, the clerks in the Court for the above cause, with a Notice of Motion of the court to pay the half year’s dividends to the executors of the late Thomas Lord Newborough.
