XD2/5307, of the plaintiffs and of Maria Stella Petronilla Dowager Baroness Newborough, Francis Soame and Dorothy Wynn, defendants, touching the position of John Mander of Brampton, co. Oxford, Esq., as receiver and manager of the estates of Thomas Lord Newborough during the minority of his eldest son.
