STATE OF FACTS, in the cause as no. XD2/5307, of the plaintiffs and of Maria Stella Petronilla Dowager Baroness Newborough, Francis Soame and Dorothy Wynn, defendants, touching the position of John Mander of Brampton, co. Oxford, Esq., as receiver and manager of the estates of Thomas Lord Newborough during the minority of his eldest son. The State of Facts contains correspondence about this matter 25 August - 27 October 1807, and a statement that Sir Richard Carr Glynn of Arlington St., co.
