DRAFT PETITION of the defendant John Lord Newborough in the cause as in no. XD2/5307, that John Mander be made receiver of the estates, as appointed by the codicil of the will of Thomas Lord Newborough, in the place of Glynn Wynn who the Master had appointed as receiver on the state of facts of the plaintiffs in the cases, Baronet Newborough, Frances Soame and Dorothy Wynn, the surviving annuitants. Endorsed: BRIEF (9 Aug. 1808), to appear on the petition for the infant Lord Newborough and all his guardians, excepting Lady Newborough and Mr. Mander, and, after stating the codicil to the late Lord Newborough’s will submit to any order made by the court.
