AFFIDAVIT, in the cause of Wynn v. Lord Newborough, of R[ober]t Davies of pa.[rish] Eglwys Fach, co. Denbs., land surveyor, that he had made an ’ocular survey’ of the Ardde estate, proposed to be purchased by the trustees under the late Sir John Wynn’s will from the Rev. Hugh Williams, clerk, and that it consisted of upwards of 500 acres exclusive of the right of common, that it was let at £200 p.a. and was worth £4000 and upwards. Copy. [N.L.W. Glynllivon 4037]
