FURTHER CLAIM, in the cause in no. XD2/5267, of the defendant William Myddelton, one of the trustees and executors of the late Sir John Wynn as solicitor for the plaintiffs and for the said defendants John Parry and Thomas Evans, in prosecuting and defending divers suits in equity relating to the personal estate of the late Sir John Wynn and out of which the said William Myddleton claims an allowance under the direction in the will of the said John Wynn.
