WYNN v. LORD NEWBOROUGH (and associated actions)
[NOTE: "In his will, Lord Newborough’s father had left a number of annuities, secured upon the estates, to the children of his younger son, Glynn Wynn. These do not seem to have been paid and in 1780 Glynn Wynn began Chancery proceedings against his brother to enforce the terms of their father’s will. They dragged on until Lord Newborough’s death in 1807 and were renewed against his heirs after that date. It is impossible to sort out all the complexities, but there was a welter of litigation involving all members of the family, their in-laws, the executors of the original will and their families" - Glyn Roberts (T.C.H.S. 9, p.34). It has been deemed best to arrange all papers relating to these complex causes in Chancery in a simple chronological order, since some documents do not specify which cause is referred to, and others refer to several different causes.]
