LETTER: Owen Jones, Caernarfon, to the Rt. Hon. Lord Newborough stating that Mr. W. Jones was writing to everyone about nothing in particular. He would not get Mr. Dew’s valuation for the Probate for some days. He originally enclosed a letter from the Secretary of the Conwy Gas Company asking permission to lay their pipes along the side of the road. He suggests that as there would be no meeting until the first of July they consent under the direction of the surveyor as was done to the Bangor Water Company. Appended: NOTE by Lord Newborough that he gave his consent. [N.L.W. Glynllivon 2592.]

Page Language

In accord with normal archival practice in Wales, details of documents are presented in the language of the document. Where details appear in Welsh, then Welsh is the language in which the document is written; where they are in English, the document is in English.
