LETTER: Thomas Dyke, Lennox Place, Brighton, to Griffith Jones informing him that the amount of his notes of hand to the Caernarfon bank with the interest due, amounting to (according to a note he received from Mr. Morgan of the bank) £712.12.0d would be paid into the bank of Roberts and Co. He asked his friend, notwithstanding the kind intention of Messrs. Williams to allow a further delay of payment, that he be paid as previously arranged. He had written to Mr. Morgan to say that the money would be paid and trusted that Messrs. Williams would bring them advice of its having been paid. He asks him to thank Lord Newborough for the intention of extension of time for the payment of the money. [N.L.W. Glynllivon 2712.]
