LETTER: Henry Hope Werninck to [Lord] Newborough. If he could get a portion of the Trust money as a loan his prospects would greatly improve. He outlines his plans to establish himself as an English solicitor in Belgium. He has been promised business from one London solicitor sufficient to cover his costs. Endorsed: NOTE of reply to above (16 August 1845). The proposal is against the Trust rules, but his Lordship would try to do something to effect the loan.
