DRAFT MEMORANDUM that Sir Coutts Trotter, Edward Marjoribanks and Thomas Atkinson proposed that the sum of £2400 a year should be allowed to them in addition to the sum of £600 payable under the will of the late Lord Newborough for the maintenance, support and education of Thomas John Lord Newborough. They proposed that the additional sum should be paid by the Receiver of rents and profits of the estates devised by the will of Sir John Wynn and that it should commence from the date when Thomas John Lord Newborough went to reside in the University of Oxford.
