ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT in consideration of a marriage to be solemnized between 2. and Elizabeth Owen, one of the daughters of 1. whereby 1. is to pay to 2. the sum of £1500, and 2. agrees to give to 1. a particular of his messuages, lands and tenements in cos. Caerns. and Anglesey amounting to £650 p.a. value (including Glynllivon [Glynllifon] and lands of Ellin Glyn, mother of 2.), and touching lands in Caernarfon together with capital messuage of 2. in t. Caernarfon, valued at £250 pa.[rish] to John Glyn and Elizabeh his intended wife in trust during her lifetime and then to the use of such persons as nominated by 1. Lands worth another portion of the £650 to John Glyn for his life, then to the use of such persons as are nominated by him. Residue to use of Ellin Glyn, mother of 2., during her lifetime, and then to her son, in trust, then to sons of John Glyn by his wife Elizabeth.
