LETTERS PATENT of King Edward VI, being a Grant to William Grey, Kt., Lord Grey of Wilton and John Bannaster, Esq., of the manor of Spaunton, co. York; manor of Kelsall alias Kelshall, the advowson of pa.[rish] church of Kelsall, the park of Kelshall in Kelsall, a parcel of that park called Yoxforde ende, another parcel impounded of the late priory or convent of Sibton alias Sipton, and woods and lands called Hallowefolde Woode, Shepecote Wood, Martle Crofte Woode, Nethercrofte Wood and Cowewoode, area 98 acres in Sibton, all co. Suffolk; rectory and church of Newton, City of York; manor of Glyndurdwy, alias Glyndoverdwy; watermill in township Ragad, the watercourse of Llansan[f]fraid, lands called ffrith, area 20 acres, lands and tenements called the parke and Mayse parke, and lands and tenement called Somer Syrye in a place called Owyn Ardda in township Caroke [Carrog] & Muster, all in townships Glyndurdwy, Carroke & Muster; messuages, lands, tenements and mills in occ. of Peter Myrehouse, Thomas Wilkynson, Christopher Stanger, John Robynson and John Stubbe, and lands called Dalehoure and Thwayte, all in Brakenthwayte, co. Cumb.; cottage called Kirkestille and two parcels of land called Kirkecrofte and milnehowe, all in Lowseter alias Lowsewater, co. Cumb., and pasture for 300 sheep on Lowsewater moor; land called Briksnes felde alias Gascath lying by Buttermere, pa.[rish] Brigham, co. Cumb.; tenement called Bowbeykehill, pa.[rish] Bowbrikehill, co. Bucks.; fourth part in manor of Cokefelde and a fourth part of the park of Bentley in Cokefelde, co. Sussex; a fourth part in Dominican lands of Aldeleighe in Aldeleigh, co. Sussex; manor of Nettilbed, co. Oxon,; close of land newly enclosed in Selwood, close of land called Emwell Coppes in Selwood, and land called Dertford Wood, all pa.[rish] Norton Bavent, co.
