Rent: for the first seven years of the term £45 p.a., for the remainder of the term £50 p.a..

COPY LETTER (n.d.) from an unnamed writer, writing on behalf of the Dean and Chapter of Bangor to [Walter] Gore. He complains about arrears of rent, but states that the Dean and Chapter are willing to grant Gore a new lease.
