LETTERS OF ATTORNEY from Roland Thomas, Dean of Bangor to --- (blank in document) to receive from Sir William Petre, Sir William Garrarde and Simon Lowe, merchant tailor, the religious house called le Freer House in Bangor with all the t’ments and lands which belong to it, and all other lands and t’ments in Bangor, Anglesey, Arlliode, Ughallet, Denbigh and elsewhere in North Wales which were formerly of Geoffrey Glynn Doctor of Civil Law, deceased, according to the terms of an indenture dated Aug. 1, 1571, made between Nicholas, Bishop of Bangor of the first part the said Roland Thomas, Dean of Bangor and the Chapter of the Cathedral of Bangor of the second part, and the said William Petre, William Garrard and Simon Lowe, of the third part.
