ATTESTED COPY of Will of Sir R.W. Vaughan. Leaves all real and personal estate to his son, his heirs and devisees, and then to his brother, subject to various payments: to his wife a power to will £500 to those who are kind to her in old age; sums of £5 to purchase keepsakes to various friends; annuities (most to be doubled at age 50 or 60) and sums of money to various servants including "money to be given quarterly to my old Butler Edward Pearson such sum as shall keep him in comfort till death. I do not name any sum as it would be taken by his creditors or drank by his son". Appended: NOTE of death of testator, 22 April 1843, and grant of administration to Sir Robert W.
