COPY WILL of Edward Vaughan of Lloydiarth, bequeathing all his property to his nephew Charles Salisbury of Bachymbyd to the use of his heirs male of Rowland Vaughan and then of the heirs male of Howell Vaughan of Glanllyna; money bequests including the £1000 due to his nieces and £50 p.a. the dower of Lady Palmer; his possessions in Machynllech to be sold and divided among the daughters of Bridgett Powell: £50 to Sir Heneage Ffrith, £20 to Arthur Trevor of the Inner Temple. Names Charles Salisbury aforesaid sole executor, Sir Charles Lloyd, Bart., of Garth, co. Mont., and Howell Vaughan aforesaid as trustees. Document very fragmented. [N.L.W. Rug 1151.]
