LETTER: William Travers to Mr. Thurlock in the case re Bishop Goodman’s Charity it is now agreed that they will not go into accounts for past profits but settle the matter for the future. The money is to be devoted to a useful charity in Ruthin, to distributions to the poor, and to putting out 2 apprentices; the Trustees are to have direction and a receiver will account to them. Mrs. Mostyn is not to lose her tenancy at the price and their tenant will pay. [N.L.W. Rug 1261.]
