LETTER: R.G. Owen, Porkington,[co. Salop], to John Pugh Pryse, Pall Mall, London. He has ordered an advertisement in the Birmingham and Chester papers for a meeting at Dolgellau on 22 [March] and will do all he can to help. Sir John recommended his son Glynne Wynne to succeed him in the Boroughs. Col. Williams Griffith, Hugo Lloyd and Capt. Pendergrast have been to Porkington, but he was not in. [Part of N.L.W.
