COPY WILL of Anne Nanney of Nanney, spinster, eldest daughter of Hugh Nanney of Nanney, decd.. In default of heirs of her body bequeathes all her messuages, tenements and lands in cos. Caernarfon, Merioneth [Meirionnydd] and Montgonery to her sister Catherine Nanney and her heirs and in default to the heirs of her late sister Jonned Vaughan and in default to her sister Mary Nanney and her heirs and in default to her own right heirs, so that the estate may not be divided. Appoints sister Catherine Nanney as executrix. Appended: SCHEDULE of legacies payable out of the above estate, including £1000 to her mother, £500 to her brother William Wynn, various sums of money and annuities; messuage or tenement of Dolegwyn to her brother Sir William Wynn for life; all her clothing to Rebecca Petty.
