LETTER: F.W.A. Roche, Tregunter, Talgarth, Breconshire, to [Mr. Morris, Harbour Office, Porthmadog] asking that the balances of the June and September quarter harbour dues be paid into the account. He had written to the wharf owners who had not paid to state that he would have to collect dues daily before each cargo left the harbour if difficulties about payment continued.
