CIRCULAR LETTER: Leonard Courtney Whitehall to the Clerk of the Peace for the county of Caernarfon, being the Clerk of the Licensing Committee. He is directed by the Secretary, William Vernon Harcourt, to request a Return of the number of new licences granted by Justices in the county of Caernarfon in the years 1878-1881.
