CERTIFICATE that Messrs. Hugh Jones and Rees Williams, Cwm-y-Glo are entitled to be paid £50 on account of a contract to build a new Chapel for the Wesleyan Methodists at Llanrug. It is signed by Richard Davies, architect, Bangor, who states that if necessary the men will take less than £50 and wait for the remainder.
