COPY LETTER: J.B.S. [Methodist church Department for Church Affairs] to [?The Trustees of Bethel, Llanberis]. They are returning the engrossed conveyance relating to the sale of a strip of land to Caernarfonshire County Council For £50. They are also returning the Form of Consent of 2 Feb. 1959. They observe that the Conference Restrictive Covenant is not included but as the land is being used for road improvement purposes they would not wish to press for the inclusion of this Covenant. They wish to know the date of completion of the Conveyance. The Official form of consent to sell is being dealt with in another section of the office. They must secure the consent of the charity commissioners.
