LETTER: ?G. Walker, 11 Beaufort Buildings, Strand, London to the Urn. Thomas, Wesleyan Minister, Caernarfon. Mr. Jones did not receive the promissory note receipted by his mother until this morning. Mr. Jones’ brother is not at present in the Isle of Man but Mr. Jones has produced a document signed by his brother authorising him to receive all monies due under his father’s estate and to sign all receipts on his behalf. Mr. Jones has demanded six months interest but G.W. has referred him to the Trustees. G.W. forwards the Trust Deed with Memorandum of deposit, the duplicate of account and Mr. Jones’ declaration before a magistrate.
