LETTER:. J. Henry Thomas 30 Dorchester Square, [London] to David Roberts1 Bank House, Caernarfon. He thanks D.R. for his comforting letter and goes on to describe his feelings during his illness. He asks D.R. to pray that the purpose of [God’s] discipline might be accomplished in him. His progress continues day by day and hope is entering into his heart that through the skill of the surgeon under divine blessing he may yet have time to serve his Maker better in the future than ill the past. His son is in quarantine with a mild form of diphtheria.
