NEWSPAPER CUTTING: re Madryn Estate sale. It records the purchase, by Mr. J.T. Howells, solicitor, on behalf of Mr. Solomon Andrews, of Glynyweddw, a mansion, building and lands, 193a 3r 18p for £7, 000 and 88a 1r 36p of building land on the sea front for £6,000. Mr. Andrews bought part of Crugan farm for £2,000.
