LETTER and ENVELOPE. From: Frederic Hill, Esq., Hampstead. To: R. Poole, Clerk of the Peace, Caernarfon. F. Hill has been instructed by the Secretary of State to make an investigation into the Governing of Caernarfon Prison. He will leave London on 24th, but, since he has business which will detain him in Liverpool, does not expect to arrive till the following Monday
