Copy of Petition of the Justices of the County of Anglesey, with regard to the County Gaol and House of Correction, which is "in bad repair and by no means secure". The Justices claim that a New Prison is not necessary, and because of the small number of prisoners they should not have to comply with provisions re accommodation in the prison. Petition signed by the Chairman, G. Williams. Also a note, 25 Sept., 1824 stating that Copy of the Petition has been forwarded to the Honourable Robert Peel.
