LETTER from William Peel on behalf of Mr. Secretary Peel to the Clerk of the Peace. Refers to letter of Mr. Phillipps of 11th November, 1828 enclosing the Return of the Keeper of the Common Gaol and House of Correction. The return of this document is now requested together with the General Report. LETTER. Reply (copy) of the Clerk to the above explaining why the document has not been returned.
