LETTER from H. Hobhouse, on behalf of Mr Secretary Peel to Richard A. Poole, Clerk of the Peace. In reply to a letter of 13 December which explained the failure of the visiting Magistrates to make their report. Mr. Peel expresses his surprise at their none compliance with the rule.
