LETTER: E.H. Birley, Mechanical and Consulting Engineer, at 75 Barton Arcade, Manchester to A. Ivor Pryse Esq., sending designs of window and tablet proposed for Aber Church in memory of his 2 late nephews. He asks Mr. Pryse to give his opinion to Canon Edwards, rector of Aber, who may then obtain a faculty. Attached: (1) COPY INSCRIPTION proposed for tablet, in memory of Frederic Hornby Lever Rushton and Edward Birley Lever Rushton. (2) DRAFT PETITION (1917) of Rev. Canon Thomas Edwards, Rector of Aber to the Worshipful Claud Douglas Pennant, Esq., M.A., Vicar General, and Official Principal of the Rt. Rev. Watkin Herbert, Lord Bishop of Bangor, re obtaining a faculty for placing a stained glass window and tablet in the Church of Aber in memory of F.H. L. Rushton and Edward B. L. Rushton, both of whom died in battle in France.
