NOTE to Mr. Nanney asking that the bearer, William Williams of Factory’r Gwynfryn may have the tenancy of the place held by his son. His son wishes to give the farm up provided his father may have the tenancy. To avoid obtaining a parish settlement William Williams offers to take the farm half yearly.
