LETTER: George Lewis of the Queen’s Hotel, Porthmadog to ?. Says he has been expecting to hear from him and that he writes to get about £800 and that he has given Charles Mytton a bill for £150 as deposit on the property. He encloses the contract and hopes that he will. His brother’s name is accidentally placed in the contract but he assures him that only his name will be inserted in the deed. He stresses that it is a safe investment and hopes that he can help all he can.
