COPY ABSTRACT OF TITLE to the Queen’s Hotel, Porthmadog. Re the land known as Pontynysgalch, situated on the west of the road leading from Porthmadog to Tremadog and formerly held by the trustees of the British School, on which should be built within the year a dwelling house according to certain specifications (given in the deed). Also on the deed and dated 7th Aug. 1876 is a declaration by Edward Breese of Mostyn Lodge, Porthmadog, the receiver and Manager of the Tremadog estate, empowered by Chancery to sell or transfer to Charles Mytton of Welshpool, Montgom. all that piece or panel of land called Pontysysgalch, Porthmadog, in the county of Caernarfon.
