COPY WILL of Mr. Richard Rowland, decd., of 39 Bangor St., Caernarfon, cabinet maker; various gifts of silver plate to his daughters. Bequeaths to son John £40, to son Richard £30, £40 to be divided among his grand children, to his daughter Jane Wood £60; to grandson William Edward Rowlands £150, leaves all his real estate to son Richard Rowlands of High St., Bangor, cabinet maker, and his son John Roberts of Glan Conwy, school master, in trust for his wife Grace and after her death the freehold property in Mount Pleasant Place, Caernarfon now occupied by William Taylor is to be for the use of his daughter Mary and her heirs or, if she dies, to use of his daughters Grace and Margaret in equal shares. Leaves other property in Well St., Caernarfon to use of daughter. Appoints his wife and son Richard Rowlands and son in law John Roberts as executors. (Deceased died 14 August 1881.)
