Also a coppice called Coed Mawr in Maenol Bangor occupied by Wm. Owen and all other property of the said William Arthur, decd., in Bangor. Also holdings called Tythyn Arthur, Pengwern Tros y Waine and Tythyn y pwll, in pa. Bangor (tenants given); a cottage in pa. Bangor, occ. by John Prys, labourer and one occ. by Morris Pritchard Evans, labourer; house called Caerhun in pa. Bangor and the capital messuage etc., in town of Bangor occ by Richard Griffith, clerk and another house adjoining the Deanery in pa. Bangor, also several houses in Lone y poptu in Bangor. Also a rent charge issuing out of Wern in Llangwstenin and Trevarthen. Also several houses purchased by William Arthur decd., from Rowland ap Richard in the town of Caernarfon called Penrallt and Ty Newydd (tenants given) and a mansion in Caernarfon occ. by Owen Jones, gent.. Also houses in Porthmawr in the suburbs of Caernarfon and a house called Penrallt on Twthill, and one in Street y llyn in the suburbs of Caernarfon. Also house called Pen y graig, Tyddyn Fletcher and Cae’r Rhos, in libs. of Caernarfon and Llanrug. Also a close called Hampton in Caernarfon and another called Cae y Wale adjoining Rhos Bodryal and lands called Castell Mair in the Lordship of CasteIl May, Pen y Wrach and Penygelli, Pentir fields, Tyn y lone, Cae Bach, alias Horse poolhey and several houses on the Green alias Maes glas in the town of Caernarfon; Bangor House alias Pentist and houses in Bangor Street, formerly granted on a building lease to John Roberts, carpenter, decd. Also a house in Caernarfon called Kingshead, and a rent charge issuing out of houses in Street y Llyn, and a rent charge out of a house in the Vicar’s Street belonging to Porth yr Aur. (tenants given). Also houses called Tir Mawr, Ty yn Grisia, Pwll y hwyad, Clynnog bach, Bryngwyn and Penhunllys (tenants given) in pas. Llangeinwen, Llanidan and Llaniestyn, co. Anglesey. Also a capital messuage in Caer Degog called Cromlech in co. Anglesey and a house called Cae Mawr Ty’r Bigan, Cae Hen, Penrhose alias Cae rhose, Caea bychain, Cae’r barty, Tythin bach, Cefn Helig, Tythyn yr Hut, Voel Fawr, Pant y’Gwydd, Pont fadog, Sarn y Crwban, Tythyn Mieri and Tir y maen in pa. and t’ships Degog, Llanfechell, Bodllwyfan, Clygyrog and Pwllyerch. Also a house called Treyn y Coed, pa. Bodedein, co. Anglesey, and a house called Tythyn y Cappel in pa. Cerichiog, and other property of Hugh Williams in the aforementioned parishes. The premises are conveyed for the purposes of suffering a common recovery at the next Great Sessions.
